We have posted the below Governance Documents as a resource for you and prospective buyers.

Our current HOA Dues are $550.00 annually, due in quarterly payments of $137.50 on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 respectively. We encourage one annual payment if possible. We offer a variety of ways that dues can be paid online (autodraft, online banking, credit card with fee) as well as at any BB&T Bank.

Please be advised that as of October 2011, there is no new homeowner initiation fee. Please check with the current HOA Board to confirm.
