The River Terrace courts were completely rebuilt in 2007. The courts are used frequently in the spring, summer and fall. A reservation sheet is available in the marquee outside the tennis court gate. Tennis anyone?

Tennis Court Rules
- Only River Terrace residents and their guests may play tennis on the community's courts. No more than three guests per member.
- The River Terrace Tennis courts are kept locked to prevent vandalism and, thus minimize maintenance costs. The courts are for use by River Terrace residents and their guests. Tennis Courts are to be used for tennis only.
- An individual member is limited to one court at a time. Member's guests must play on the same court as the member. Additional courts may be used if available; however, should another member arrive to play, the member takes preference and may bump.
- Proper tennis attire must be worn at all times on the courts.
- Only those playing tennis are allowed on the courts. Unsupervised children (children under 14 years of age) are not permitted on the court area without a parent or guardian.
- No ANIMALS - no exceptions - are allowed on the courts.
- No food or glass is allowed on the tennis courts.
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or roller skates are allowed on the tennis courts.
- Special events designated by the River Terrace Social Committee take preference on court space when needed.
- Please keep courts clean. Empty the smaller trash cans on the court into the larger trash receptacles by the court. Your assistance is appreciated.
- Broom and squeegee courts when needed.
- Please limit your court time. If players are waiting, be considerate and limit play to approximately one hour and doubles play to an hour and a half.
